Elbit Vision Systems Ltd. (EVS), is a global leader in the field of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), implemented in the production and quality control of fabrics and web, since 1992.
Our innovative systems improve product quality and increase production efficiency in hundreds of installations worldwide. ScanMaster

ScanMaster develops, manufactures, markets and services quality ultrasonic products. These products include UT instrumentation, UT inspection & imaging systems and transducers. ScanMaster’s niches of specialty include the Aerospace, Pipe, Metals, Automotive and Train Rail, wheel and axle industries. Solutions are available for a multitude of environments including laboratories and production facilities. Products are available for inspection of components both prior to use, during service and after service evaluation.

About Us

In 2004 EVS purchased ScanMaster Systems, with the vision of creating a one-source supplier of both visual and ultrasonic inspection equipment, aimed at modernizing production lines and quality control processes in a wide range of industries.

This joining of forces enable our engineers to bring to the market cutting-edge solutions, based on the most advanced technology and on deep understanding of production floors and customer needs, in either one of our two areas of expertise: visual and ultrasonic inspection.

EVS, traditionally and continuously, specializes in Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), modernizing the production and quality control of fabrics, since 1992. Its ever innovative systems detect and categorize web defects; analyze the shade consistency of fabrics, and monitor printing processes, consistently and reliably.
The computerized vision systems of EVS already improve product quality and increase production efficiency in hundreds of installations worldwide. They operate a wide range of applications in the manufacturing of: textiles for the Automotive Industry, technical fabrics, apparel, home furnishing and non-woven materials, flooring, composite materials, coated fabrics, Denim, glass fabrics for printed circuit boards, plastic films and more.

ScanMaster Systems specializes in Automated Ultrasonic (UT) Inspection & Imaging systems and transducers. Its advanced systems are already in use worldwide, in a wide range of laboratory, research and industrial applications, in industries such as Aerospace, Pipe, Metals, Automotive and Train Rail, Wheel and Axle. Flexible software, ultrasonic instrumentation, hardware and robotics solutions are available for a multitude of environments, for the inspection of components prior to use as well as for the evaluation of products during and after service.

The headquarters, manufacturing and R&D of EVS-ScanMaster are all located in Israel. A worldwide Sales and Service network supports markets as well as systems already installed, in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Americas.
