The Roll Base is a data base software application that collects and analyzes quality inspection data generated by the automatic inspection systems and presents the information in a form of statistical reports and graphs.
This data is beneficial for the improvement of the production yield and total plant quality assurance.

The Roll base software is the last link in the IQ-TEX process chain. This sequence of methods starts with the Automatic Inspection process continues with the integrated analyzing systems such as the “View Software” and Smart Table which analyze the inspection results, followed by a post statistical analyzing.
