The AS-200 systems are automated inspection systems for ultrasonic testing and evaluation of heavy industry products.

The robust design is based on ScanMaster’s ultrasonic hardware and software. It includes all system mechanics, control, ultrasonics and software. AS-200 systems may consist as many ultrasonic channels as are required by the application and part coverage demands. Different systems fit for either online or offline service and serve as a highly automated inspection cell on the production floor.

The AS-200 systems are designed to address the quality assurance requirements of the heavy industry such as Steel and Aluminum mills and casting houses producing castings, pipes, plates, bars billets etc. It features online A-, B- and C-Scan of all channels and gates, as well as past processing evaluation capabilities tailored to the inspections specifications. Detection of flaws may be associated with visual and audible alarms, as well as a paint spray mark on the part and a sustainable report.
